Guest stay info (text updates optional)
Booked guests can request their stay information — booking confirmation, arrival and check-in instructions, door access details, weather and road conditions, checkout reminders and a follow-up after the stay — by email. Guests may also choose, optionally, to receive the same updates by text message from 304 Overbrook Trail LLC. Texting is never required: every stay works the same without it.
